Family Initiative’s Fort Myers location provides children, teens, and families with compassionate, community‑based support in a welcoming setting. This site connects families with autism support, clinical services, and social‑skills programming designed to meet a wide range of needs close to home.

Christ Community Church is the home of our very first social‑skills program, the ASD Playgroup, which continues to welcome families every Saturday. Open to the community with no diagnosis required and siblings encouraged to join, the Playgroup helps children build communication, social skills, and confidence through structured, play‑based activities led by our clinical team. Additional programs, including FI Creates and our Teen Hangout Group, offer creative, social, and developmental support for children and teens in sensory‑friendly, clinician‑guided environments.

Families also have access to evidence‑based clinical services, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Occupational Therapy (OT), providing individualized care that supports meaningful progress across home, school, and community settings.
